Ostimporten's Topping is a cost-efficient alternative to shredded Gouda and is practical for use in the hot kitchen. The product is vacuum-sealed and packed in gas, and the consistency of the cheese is smooth, with a slighlty sweet taste. The topping consists of 70% Dutch Gouda and 30% cheese mass.

Packaging: 2 x 5 kg bags per carton, 48 cartons per pallet.
