Named after the Dutch city Gouda, located nearby Rotterdam, Gouda represents more than 60% of all the cheese produced in the Netherlands. Gouda is a traditional hard cheese, yellow in color. It is somewhat creamier than other common cheeses, and has a partly fruity taste.

Packaging: 15 kg block sealed in plastic wrap, 48 blocks per pallet.
