Ostimporten's Gaudia - The competitive choice of cheese for pizza and topping/gratin.

Gorgonzola Eborinato

A mustier Gargonzola, with a darker shade and more of a bite to it than other blue cheeses such as Il Dolce Gusto, which has the same manufacturer. Eborinato is somewhat more crumbly and flakier in its consistancy than other Gargonzola cheeses, and is excellently suited for both cooking and eating just as it is.

Packaging: 4 x 1.5 kg wrapped in foil and plastic, 60 containers per pallet.
