Help in ordering

Are you interested in ordering directly from our website? Ostimporten markets our products to wholesalers and/or directly for industrial use. We do not sell to private individuals. Please follow the instructions below to complete your order.

• Log in with the user name and password you have received by mail. The place to log in can be found in the right-hand column on the "Home" page. Type in your user name and password and then click "Log in."
• There are links for every product in each respective category that say "Add to shopping cart." These respective categories can be found by either clicking on individual items listed under the "Product Catalogue" menu on the right or by clicking on any of the flags at the top.
• Choose the product(s) you wish to purchase, and click "Add to shopping cart" which you will find to the right of every product's photograph.
• Once you have put a product in your shopping cart, you will be redirected to a page illustrating the contents of your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase more than one example of the item you added to your cart, you must update the shopping cart to reflect the correct quantity of items you plan to order. The shopping cart will update itself if you type in the number of items ordered that you wish to purchase in the column labeled "Quantity" and then click on the icon (the picture in the left-hand column entitled "Update.") After you have updated your shopping cart you will see how many items are presently in the shopping cart. What is included in each package is itemized in every product description. For example, each package ordered of Brie Le Maubert comes delivered with two pieces of cheese that are each 1 kg. For each package of Gouda ordered, the buyer will receive one piece of cheese that weighs 15 kg, and when it comes Edam cheese, each order comes with 4 pieces of cheese that each weigh 3 kg.
• Review what is included in each product you wish to buy, and then go to the Check Out by clicking on the icon marked "Check Out," which is located under the items in your shopping cart.

After you order, you will receive a receipt via email.
